The Black Noah Project Global is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit that creates a safe, nurturing space for women and men across the African diaspora to unite, heal, and thrive. Drawing inspiration from the timeless story of Noah, we foster deep, lasting transformation through intentional mentorship, professional networking, and holistic personal and communal development. Just as Noah paired animals two-by-two, our signature mentorship initiative pairs like-minded people together to foster a journey of mutual empowerment, ensuring no one walks their path alone.

Our mission is rooted in three primary organizational goals: bridging the economic divide by actively decreasing the wage gap, building lasting wealth by increasing generational assets, and saving and improving lives by dismantling systemic health disparities. Through our carefully designed workshops, retreats, and mentorship programs, we equip participants with the tools necessary to advance their careers, invest in their families' economic growth, and access essential physical and mental health resources that transform lives and strengthen communities.
